Understanding Your Estimate

Your estimate covers standard installation and labor for the requested service. However, unforeseen conditions may require additional work, materials, or modifications. If any of the following conditions arise, additional charges may apply.

You will be informed before any extra work is performed to ensure transparency in pricing.

Additional Charges by Service Type

Plumbing - Additional Charges May Apply If:

Shutoff valves that are corroded, stuck, or non-functional due to lime scale buildup or age require replacement before proceeding. We will discuss options before continuing.
Lime scale buildup on pipes, fittings, or fixtures that prevents proper disassembly or installation requires additional labor or part replacements.
The toilet flange is too low relative to the floor and requires a flange extender before a new toilet can be installed.
The subfloor around the toilet is rotted and requires repair before a toilet can be replaced.
Pre-existing fixture connections are damaged, leaking, or cross-threaded, which may require adjustments or new fittings for proper fixture replacement.
Additional fittings or adapters may be needed to properly connect new fixtures to existing plumbing.
Access is obstructed, requiring extra labor or removal of non-plumbing components before installation can proceed.

Electrical - Additional Charges May Apply If:

Existing wiring at the installation point is damaged, loose, or unsafe. If wiring is found to be in poor condition, replacement of the fixture may not be possible until it is corrected by a licensed electrician.
Junction boxes are not properly secured or rated for the fixture being installed. If adjustments are needed to safely support the fixture, additional mounting solutions may be required.
Existing fixture mounting points are damaged, requiring reinforcement for secure installation.
Additional labor is needed due to difficult access (e.g., attic or crawlspace).
New parts, adapters, or special mounting hardware are required for installation.
