Assembly & Installation Workmanship Guarantee

Scope of Guarantee
Will’s Dad guarantees the workmanship of all assembly and installation-related handyman services for a period of one (1) year from the date of completion. This guarantee applies only to the labor performed and ensures that the work was completed according to industry standards at the time of service.
If any workmanship-related issue arises within the guarantee period, we will return to correct the problem at no additional labor cost.
What is Covered?
✔ Furniture & Fixture Assembly – Covers proper assembly of furniture, shelving, and fixtures but excludes manufacturer defects or improper use.
✔ TV & Wall Mount Installations – Covers proper securing and mounting but excludes wall integrity issues or damage from excessive weight beyond recommended limits.
✔ Shelving & Cabinet Mounting – Covers secure installation but excludes wall damage due to improper customer use or overloading.
✔ Pre-Manufactured Storage & Organizational Units – Covers proper assembly and installation but excludes product defects or material failure.
✔ Outdoor Fixture Installations – Covers assembly and mounting of non-permanent outdoor fixtures but excludes weather-related damage.
What is Not Covered?
❌ Manufacturer Defects or Product Failures – Any issues caused by faulty materials, defective parts, or poor product design must be addressed with the manufacturer.
❌ Wall Integrity Issues – If a wall is structurally weak, improperly framed, or fails to support an installation, this guarantee does not apply.
❌ Customer Damage or Modifications – Any damage, alterations, or misuse after installation voids the guarantee.
❌ Overloaded or Improper Use – If shelving, mounts, or fixtures are overloaded beyond manufacturer recommendations, the guarantee does not apply.
❌ Environmental Factors – Damage caused by humidity, flooding, pests, or other external conditions is not covered.
Additional Charges May Apply If:
Unforeseen conditions such as wall damage, weak framing, or improper past installations require additional work.
Adjustments or modifications outside the original scope of work are requested.
A service call is requested for issues not related to our workmanship.
How to Make a Claim
If you experience a workmanship-related issue within the one-year guarantee period:

Provide Proof of Service, such as the invoice number or date of completion.
We Will Inspect the Issue to determine if it falls under this guarantee. If covered, we will repair it at no additional labor cost.
Final Notes
This guarantee applies only to labor performed by Will’s Dad and does not replace manufacturer warranties on products or materials. All work is performed under standard handyman service guidelines and does not include services that require a licensed contractor.
