We sincerely appreciate your trust in us and the opportunity to assist with your home projects. Your business and referrals have played a huge role in our growth, and we’re grateful for your continued support.

As our business has evolved, we’ve found that certain jobs—such as replacing faucets, ceiling fans, outlets, toilets, garbage disposals, and exhaust fans, just to name a few—are better suited to flat-rate pricing rather than hourly billing. This approach allows us to provide clear, upfront costs without the need for time tracking or mid-job adjustments. In fact, based on our experience, the fair flat rates we’re setting for these services align closely with what they typically cost under our hourly structure. So while the way we present pricing is changing, the cost remains about the same—it’s simply a more straightforward process for everyone.

That said, we will still offer hourly pricing for many types of jobs, especially when it makes the most sense. For example, if you have a to-do list with multiple small tasks, we’ll likely continue to price the job by the hour. In cases where most of the work fits an hourly structure but certain tasks would be better suited to a set price, we’ll make that determination on an individual basis. Our goal is always to choose the most practical and cost-effective approach for each project.

Additionally, as our business has grown, we’ve had the opportunity to take on more work beyond our original service area. While we remain committed to serving all of our clients, travel time and expenses can vary depending on location. Because of this, pricing may reflect the additional time required for jobs located outside our primary coverage zone.

These changes are designed to simplify pricing, maintain fairness, and ensure we continue offering competitive rates while expanding our reach. We truly value your business and appreciate your understanding as we make these adjustments to better serve you and all of our clients.
