Hourly Pricing
Hourly pricing applies to jobs that:

✔ Require on-the-spot problem-solving, adjustments, or custom work.
✔ Involve multiple small tasks that vary in difficulty.
✔ Require repairs, modifications, or troubleshooting where the full extent of the work isn't known upfront.

Hanging a garage door keypad.
Patching drywall where damage size and prep time can vary.
Adjusting or repairing door frames or cabinetry where fitment is uncertain.
A to-do list with various unrelated small jobs.
Hourly pricing is the most practical approach when the scope of work isn't fully defined or when multiple small tasks need to be completed efficiently.
A Balanced Approach
In some cases, a project may involve a mix of both flat-rate and hourly work. When this happens, we determine the most practical and cost-effective pricing structure based on the specific tasks.
