Assessment Visits
In some situations, clients or property managers may request that we visit a property to review a concern, take photos, and provide an on-site evaluation before work is scheduled. These visits are considered assessment services.
Assessment visits may include:
Visual inspection of the issue or work area
Photos or basic documentation
Preliminary feedback regarding possible repair options
Assessment visits are scheduled the same as regular service appointments and help ensure accurate planning before work begins.
Assessment Fee Structure
$50 Assessment Fee
Applies to properties located within 10 miles of our base service location.
10–20 Miles:
An additional $25 travel fee will be added to the assessment fee.
Over 20 Miles:
Travel and assessment pricing will be determined on an individual basis depending on distance and scope.
Credit Toward Future Work
If Will’s Dad is selected to complete the repair or project, the assessment fee will be credited toward the final invoice.
Why Assessment Visits May Apply
Assessment visits involve travel, scheduling, and time on-site. Establishing a small assessment fee allows us to provide organized, responsive service while ensuring our time is used efficiently.
Established Clients & Service Partners
Assessment fees may be adjusted or waived at Will’s Dad’s discretion for returning clients or established service partners.
