Vinyl Siding Handling Disclaimer
When working with existing vinyl siding—especially older, sun-faded, or brittle siding—there is always an inherent risk of cracking or breakage during removal or reinstallation. This can occur even when using proper tools, professional techniques, and extreme care, particularly when siding is interlocked in tight J-channels, corner posts, or installed along roof slopes.
If damage occurs while performing approved work, we will take responsibility and make every reasonable effort to match and replace the affected section. However, due to product discontinuation, aging, and sun fading, an exact color or texture match may not always be possible.
When an exact match cannot be achieved, we may offer options such as:
Using matching pieces from a less visible area of the home
Placing new siding in less noticeable areas
Installing the closest available color and style from current manufacturers
Our goal is always to deliver the best possible result while maintaining transparency about the limitations of working with existing vinyl siding.
